Use your FULL Guilford County email address as Username; 

(Example:  jdoe@guilfordcountync.gov)

Then enter your Guilford County network password.

Starting on Thursday, May 30, 2024, all employees will use Duo to authenticate when accessing the Pay Self-Service site to view paystubs, W-2’s and other employee documents. 

When you click the link to the site from a paystub notification email, a bookmarked link, the Guilford County webpage or from OnePlace, you will get the ADFS login page instead of the MHC login page. You will be prompted to authenticate with Duo after entering your County credentials on the ADFS login page.
